Proposal Development
When responding to a fresh RFP, time is of the essence. From the point of preparing a proposal budget and making the bid/no-bid opportunity decision to actual delivery can be—and usually is—a short span of time. While maintaining a stable of subject matter experts and competent writers to get the words on paper would be ideal, the expense to do so can be cost-prohibitive, hence this website.
Though this site was originally planned as a single marketing vehicle for myself, it became readily apparent there was a need to be filled. While its original and primary purpose remains, it is hoped the site will also serve as a place where other contract proposal SMEs and writers can place their resume in a searchable database, which can be accessed by business development and proposal managers in search of qualified talent.
It is also a place where fellow SMEs and writers can search for resources to help them with their mission, and eventually a place where select opportunities and information about those opportunities can be found.
